Our mom found out for sure this morning that one of her Facebook friend's lost her oldest daughter in that terrible bus accident in Switzerland. Jennifer was returning from a skiing trip with her school when the bus crashed into a wall in the tunnel. It makes our mom very sad. Jennifer lived in Belgium with her parents and two younger sisters. We are purring for her family and friends.
On a much happier note, our weather is unseasonably warm - around 80 again today. We've been able to have window whiffies when mom gets home from work every night this week. We are sure to have some more window time tonight.

How terrible....we got the sads when we heard it on the news, but it somehow seems worse when you can put a name to it.....
It's been in all the news, of course, such a terrible, terrible tragedy. We're purring for all those affected by it.
I read about that..it was horrible and tragic.

I am terribly sorry about your Mom's friend's daughter. What an awful thing to happen! I am glad about your window whiffing. I'm jealous. It's still too cold here.
